When requesting a return material authorization (RMA), please advise us the reason for the return, your date of purchase, the P.O. number, and our invoice number. This will help the process greatly in getting your stuff returned and in the proper adjustment of your account. New items returned for credit will be granted only if all of the following conditions are met: Product being returned has not been altered in any way; ALL accessories and packaging are undamaged, and with the unit; ALL manuals, documentation are returned and unaltered; The request for return material authorization (RMA); Credit will be issued upon inspection of the returned item.
